I am a Richmond native that is passionate and goal-oriented, who loves working with people and developing bonds with different organizations that empower families and individuals. I consistently look for opportunities to help, uplift and empower people in different communities.

I have been employed by Kaiser for over 19 years, I am the Treasurer/Project Coordinator for Motivated 2 Help Others. I helped turn Motivated 2 Help Others from a vision into a thriving grassroot nonprofit that is helping a once thriving community rebuild itself through mentorship for the youth, fitness, enrichment programs and providing resources for our unhoused and unemployed. I am also the Founder of Keyz 2 the Future a mentorship program that is an extension of Motivated 2 Help Others that is exclusively for at risk and underserved girls. This program will be rolled out at the end of July. Keyz 2 The Future was created because no child should be left behind and this program will teach our young girls life skills that will create opportunities for them to make better life choices through financial literacy, goal setting, volunteering in the community and traveling abroad. I spearhead a women’s group that meets every Monday H.E.R. Worth, it is a group for women to share their experiences and possible help other women that is going through the same thing.

I possess an AA Degree in Sociology and I earned Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration on Human Resource in 2021. I am currently working on getting my Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration on Project Management, going back to school was important to me because I want to my kids to know that it is never too late to accomplish your goals, as long as you stick to them.

I am excited about trying to come together and find creative ways to forge a coalition of nonprofits and businesses to positive and sustainable change for our community.
